Kinesiology is a holistic healing modality based on the Traditional Chinese medicine energy system of Meridians and the Five Elements. The style of Kinesiology varies greatly between Practioioners, but Sara is a Progressive Kinesiologist which looks at Energetics, Emotions, Structural, Chemical, Chakras to name just a few, with the ultimate goal always to create alignment between the body, mind and spirit with Source (where our highest potential is).

Sara uses muscle testing to find imbalances or blocks in the energy flow of the body and uses a range of remedies to clear them. Kinesiology can heal emotional and energetic issues, improve your physical wellbeing and support higher self and spiritual connection. Remedies include Acupressure, Body Work, Chakra balancing, Meditation,Vibrational tuning forks, Affirmations, Flower Essence Remedies and more specific for your healing.

Sara Jean

Sara Jean is an experienced & qualified Therapist, with almost 20 years working as a Practitioner.

Living in Bali, her treatments are a unique blend of Energy Kinesiology, Somatic Body Work, Sound, Meditation and Ceremony depending on what is needed.

Sara believes that the physical and energetic bodies both need attention for true change to occur, along with reframing the minds thought patterns and subconscious beliefs. This allows us to be operating from a whole different frequency, so with powerful intention from the Therapist and client some very profound healing happens.

To reach our fullest potential we must first release what is draining our energy, from there we can manifest the new into our lives more easily.
